Return Policy

If you need to return a product, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Returns initiated for personal reasons, and not due to a product defect or fulfilment error, require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

The Comeback Hip Release is designed to support a more controlled approach to releasing tension around the front of the hip. If you are not satisfied after trying the product consistently, you may qualify for a refund under the following terms:

• Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
• Refunds are not available for products that have been damaged, modified, misused, or used contrary to the provided instructions.
• This refund policy is limited to one use per customer and applies to only one product per order.
